Free mental health awareness training in rural West Dorset and North Dorset
Training is provided by a qualified Mental Health First Aid trainer and fully funded by the Dorset Suicide Prevention Group.
It is open to anyone in or close to the Marshwood Vale/Broadwindsor area and Gillingham area who would like a better understanding of mental health and how to support others.

An introduction to looking after your own mental health and wellbeing

Confidence to support someone in distress or who may be experiencing a mental health issue
